Ma Pei received her BEng degree in electrical engineering and automation from Xi’an Polytechnic University in 2016 and her MEng degree in control science and engineering from Civil Aviation University of China in 2022. From the end of 2022 to the beginning of 2024, she joined the Department of Health Technology and Informatics of Hong Kong Polytechnic University as a research assistant, mainly responsible for artificial intelligence-based medical imaging projects (such as lung cancer). Since the end of May 2024, she has joined AAE of Hong Kong Polytechnic University as a research assistant,mainly responsible for AI-based vehicle fault diagnosis research.
She has published 2 academic papers, including 1 Medical Physics (JCR Q1). She is mainly engaged in the research of medical imaging algorithms based on deep learning. She is proficient in various programming languages such as Python, MATLAB and C, and is proficient in deep learning using frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow.
