The 2025 ASTRI Tech Applied Summit, held on February 10 at the Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, marked a significant milestone as the city’s first major innovation and technology event of the year. Organized by the Hong Kong Applied Science and Technology Research Institute (ASTRI) and supported by the Hong Kong SAR Government’s Innovation and Technology Department, the summit brought together over 1,500 participants, including global leaders from government, industry, academia, research, and investment sectors.
