HONG KONG – In a significant step toward advancing smart city initiatives, Hong Kong’s Secretary for Transport and Logistics, Ms. Hon. Mable Chan, visited The Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU) on March 24, 2025, to discuss about the low-altitude economy policy and to witness some pioneering demonstrations performed by Hong Kong Polytechnic University (PolyU), Department of Aeronautical and Aviation Engineering (AAE). TASLab participated in this activity and exceptionally presented the innovative window cleaning UAV indoor demonstration, which showcased cutting-edge technology poised to revolutionize urban maintenance.

The secretary has praised the team’s hardwork and expressed an optimistic opinion towards the development of this innovative window-cleaning UAV project.
