TASLAB Visits the Institute of Sensing and Navigation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University

On July 29, 2026, members of the Trustworthy AI and Autonomous Systems Laboratory (TASLAB) visited the Institute of Sensing and Navigation at Shanghai Jiao Tong University at the invitation of Prof. Ling Pei. The invited TASLAB delegation comprised Mr. Ziqi ZHANG, Mr. Qi Zhang, Mr. Qijun Qin, Mr. Yingming Chen, and Dr. Feng Huang.

The visit included a tour of the institute’s laboratory facilities, where the TASLAB delegation learned about its research environment, experimental platforms, and ongoing work in sensing and navigation. The tour provided an opportunity for both teams to exchange perspectives on their research activities and areas of shared interest.

During the sharing sessions, researchers from TASLAB and the Institute of Sensing and Navigation introduced their recent work and discussed developments in sensing, positioning, navigation, and autonomous systems. The exchange encouraged constructive technical dialogue and enabled participants to explore potential directions for future academic collaboration.

The visit strengthened the connection between TASLAB and the Institute of Sensing and Navigation and laid a foundation for continued research exchange between The Hong Kong Polytechnic University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
